The inspiration for the Virgilia solitaire is the delicate jewellery of the Edwardian period. A glimmering marquise cut diamond (0.91ct) has been secured by six hand shaped platinum claws. Delicate split shoulders have been set with small sparkling brilliants (0.16ct), and ensure all eyes are drawn towards the impressive centrepiece. Intricate millegrain finishing perfectly completes this delicate design, and highlights a clear antique inspiration. Named after one of 'the loveliest' of the Shakespeare heroines the Virgilia setting is the perfect engagement ring. The central diamond is accompanied by certification from the GIA (Gemmological Institute of America) to confirm a sought after G colour grade.
