Delivery

We offer free secure next delivery to addresses in the UK.

For orders placed by 3.00 pm, Monday to Friday, we will deliver the next day. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the next working day. For orders placed on a Bank Holiday, please allow additional delivery time.

Delivery timeframes on certain rings may be longer, please check the shopping basket for further details.

UK deliveries to the Channel Islands and Scottish Highlands will take longer. To ensure your order arrives safely, all orders will need to be signed for and photographic identification may be requested. If you are unable to take delivery, the courier will leave a card and you will be able to rearrange delivery at a more convenient time.

For all orders over £10,000 we offer an option of a trained Pragnell expert to personally deliver your order and assist you in setting up your item. We will contact you after confirmation of your order to arrange a convenient date and time.

Alternatively you can choose to collect at one of our showrooms on a convenient day and time. Simply place your order and one of the team will be in touch when your order is ready to collect.

Returns Policy

Extended Christmas Returns - We have extended our usual refund policy for items purchased online over the festive period. Any gift bought between 1st November and 24th December 2020 can be returned up until 6th January 2021.

We hope you will love your purchase, but should you change your mind, a refund or exchange on online purchases can be requested within 14 days of receiving delivery. If you wish to return an item, it must be in its original condition and unused. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of the following products:
• Earrings, due to hygiene reasons.
• Products that have been personalised, altered, adjusted to your specification, made bespoke or engraved.

Pragnell security tags have been put on products to provide you with assurance that the item is in perfect retail condition and is unworn. The removal of any Pragnell security tags will be taken as evidence of a product’s use by you; the product cannot be returned in these circumstances. Refunds will be provided against the original payment method or credit/debit card used to complete the purchase.

We may deduct the amount of any loss or any cost of refurbishment from the amount reimbursed to you.

If you decide to return your product, please contact us and we will arrange secure collection of your product for FREE. If you choose to arrange a return directly, please include your personal details and order number otherwise we will be unable to process your refund. We recommend you use a secure return service with the appropriate insurance level and with full tracking, as you are responsible until this product is received.
