Bringing Your Ideas to Life
The journey begins with an in-store consultation to discuss ideas and inspirations.
Our staff will help visualise your ideas with initial sketches, which will then be developed into formal, computerised designs, including 3D videos to bring the jewellery to life, for you to edit and adjust as you like.
Once the design is finalised, our staff will help you select the perfect gemstones, to be set into your one-of-a-kind piece in our British workshop.
Reimagining Your Jewels
Beautiful gemstones deserve to be worn and enjoyed. Many of our clients turn to us to breathe new life into their unworn jewels - from family heirlooms to vintage pieces that are brought up-to-date.
Our expert gemmologists appraise each gemstone and offer advice on how to preserve its beauty. From there, the choice is yours: whether you choose to transform your grandmother’s ruby ring into a striking pendant, or refashion an antique pearl and diamond brooch into a stunning cocktail ring.
We have extensive experience in repurposing antique jewels into wearable and stylish modern pieces: for example, a fine but unworn pearl Victorian brooch can be reset as a one-of-a-kind pearl ring, replete with vintage appeal. The options are endless, and the result is a jewel that will be worn and loved for generations to come.
In Expert Hands
Whether working with us to design a bespoke piece of jewellery or entrusting us with your precious gemstones, rest assured you are in the safest possible hands.
The entire process, from initial discussions to gemstone sourcing to crafting the jewel, is managed in-house, with close communication between you, our showroom staff and our expert craftspeople at every stage.
Bespoke jewels are crafted in our workshop using traditional goldsmithing techniques alongside the latest technology. Once complete, each bespoke piece is hallmarked with the Pragnell Seal to guarantee that it meets our quality standards and will last the test of time.
