Sourcing the Rainbow
Madagascar is renowned for being a modern source of exquisite, high quality sapphires of varying colours, ranging in tone from flaming oranges to cool violets and everything in between. Each colour is created by varying trace elements (chromophores) present during the stones formation. As the collection features only untreated stones, the task of curating matching suites of size, quality, and colour is a true labour of love for our trained gemologists as they seek to create the perfect rainbow.
