How do the charms connect to the chain?
Each charm is fitted with a specially designed, secure trigger clasp that is expertly shaped into an oval to ensure the charms do not twist when worn. Up to three charms can fit onto one clasp.
What chain styles and lengths are available?
There are three chain options available: a delicate fine belcher link; a slightly heavier filed trace link; and for a bold look, the exclusive Pragnell Heritage chain, which was designed especially for this collection.
Each 18ct yellow gold chain is available in two lengths (45cm and 60cm) and has dedicated jump rings to anchor the charms, ensuring they sit perfectly whether stacked or solo.
Can a different gemstone be set in the charms?
We can set any gemstone you would like into the charms. Enquire online or visit one of our showrooms for more details.
Can I add a charm to a different chain?
You can add charms to any chain, as long as the links on the chain are big enough for the clasp to connect to. Enquire online or visit one of our showrooms for more details.
Can the charms be added to a bracelet?
You can add charms to a bracelet, as long as the links on the chain are big enough for the clasp to connect to. Enquire online or visit one of our showrooms for more details.
Can I add an engraving to a charm?
You can add a complimentary personal engraving to the reverse any of the charms. We recommend up to 20 characters for that special date, name or message. The size of the engraving will adjust dependent on the number of characters and available space.

What precious metal are the chains and pendant charms available in?
All chains and pendant charms are all available in a warm 18ct yellow gold.
How does the pricing structure work?
Pendant necklaces start from £3,150.
The price of your necklace will be calculated as you select your charms and chain throughout the configurator.
How will my pendant necklace be presented?
Your pendant necklace will be presented in a Pragnell jewellery box, making this an incredibly attractive gifting option.
