The rose gold 4968R-001 is a ladies moon phase watch from Patek Philippe fitted with an ingenious movement that requires adjustment only once every 122 years. The 33mm case features a ribbon of hand set diamonds in a swirl pattern, a swirl that extends on to the mother-of-pearl dial adorned with gold applied numerals. The 273 diamonds set into the case are complemented by a further 32 in the prong buckle and the sapphire crystal case back allows an unobstructed view of the movement.
