This beautiful diamond is accompanied with certification from the GIA (Gemmological Institute of America) confirming D colour and VVS1 clarity grades. This diamond has also been classified as Type IIa, which is the most sought-after of the five types of diamond. This classification means that this pear cut example has an attractive limpid appearance, due to it being chemically pure and optically transparent.
