Masterpiece Octagonal Cut 8.58ct Colombian Emerald and Diamond Ring in 18ct Yellow Gold and Platinum
Octagonal & Pear Cut, Claw Set

Description
An energising mid-summer green 8.58ct octagonal step cut Colombian emerald has been secured by four hand shaped rich yellow gold claws. The strong geometry of this rare and important gemstone has been expertly accentuated by pear cut white diamonds (1.20cts) that have been set into the top sections of each shoulder. Nestled beneath the verdant rainforests that cover the country, the Colombian mines are famous for producing stones that have an intense green colour. Hand selected by members of the Pragnell family this important gemstone is accompanied by certification from the famed Gubelin laboratory to confirm that it has only been subjected to minor treatment to enhance its clarity. Both diamonds are also accompanied with certification from the GIA (Gemmological Institute of America) confirming D colour and VS2 clarity grades. As a sixth-generation family jeweller Pragnell are experts at sourcing the rarest and most sought-after gemstones in the world. All Pragnell Masterpiece creations are unique expressions of our rich history of being part of the most special moments in our clients' lives.
