Description
A distinctive pearl and enamel brooch from the Victorian period. An oval shaped baroque pearl forms the backdrop to a harmonious enamel scene, featuring trees, birds, flowers and a figure playing a golden horn instrument. A scrolling enamel and diamond frame surrounds the pearl.
Showcasing exceptional enamel and engraving work.
The Victorian period is known, in part, as the Romantic era. Subsequently, many pieces of jewellery from this age showcase incredible engraving and enamel work.
