Inspired by the legacy of Enzo Ferrari, the Montblanc Great Characters Enzo Ferrari Special Edition reflects his passion for racing and innovation. The design draws on the yellow of Modena’s crest and the Scuderia Ferrari emblem. Engravings on the cone mark Enzo Ferrari’s birth date and first racing victory, while his signature and his father’s workshop name, Officina Meccanica Alfredo Ferrari, appear on the cap top. The Montblanc emblem in blue resin is framed by metalwork inspired by a vintage car grille. The Cavallino Rampante is engraved on the cap alongside the phrase “Le porterà fortuna” (“It will bring you luck”), referencing the origins of Ferrari’s iconic symbol. Twelve engraved lines represent the twelve cylinders of the Ferrari 125 S, and Enzo Ferrari’s motto, “You cannot describe passion, you can only live it”, decorates the ruthenium-coated clip. The solid Au 585 gold, ruthenium-coated nib is embossed with the word “Pilota” and the steering wheel of the 250 GTO.
