Kingdom Red Spinel Three Stone Ring in 18ct Yellow Gold

An unconventional three stone ring featuring a central emerald cut red spinel in a rub over setting. A matching pair of emerald cut spinels have been expertly set either side in finely finished 18ct yellow gold. Inspired by the Art Deco period, renowned for creativity and opulence, this design is a true reflection of the age from a contemporary standpoint. Spinels have gained huge popularity over the past decade, but have been known in jewellery for centuries. Before science could be used to differentiate gemstones, spinels and rubies were classed as the same stone. Occurring in a rich variety of different colours, examples showcasing the purest and most unusual colour tones are highly sought after. This unique piece was designed and crafted by the Pragnell workshops, in the heart of England.
