Register Your Watch

Enjoy the benefits of up to eight years of International Limited Warranty for your watchmaking creations, along with a variety of complimentary services. As part of Cartier Care, you will receive updates about your creation and invitations for free technical diagnostics and advice.

Registering for Cartier Care is quick and easy. After making your purchase, simply scan the QR code located on the warranty card.

Alternatively, you can visit the Cartier Care section on the Cartier website and enter the serial number of your creation.

Extend Your Warranty

In addition to the international warranty, Cartier offers complimentary services for registered watches. Services include complete servicing, water-resistance checks, battery replacements, and metal bracelet repairs, determined by Cartier.

Exclusions apply to damages from misuse, negligence, or accidents; straps of any material; issues from improper use or handling; unauthorised alterations or repairs; services done by non-Cartier authorised entities or with non-genuine parts; and non-genuine watches with altered or unreadable serial numbers.

These services are provided at Cartier's discretion and remain available during your warranty period. Cartier may update the terms occasionally to keep their services aligned with customer needs.
