This latest Black Bay 58 edition pays tribute to TUDOR’s legacy while drawing inspiration from a 1990s Submariner ref. 79190. It features a deep burgundy dial paired with a matching unidirectional rotatable bezel, its subtly curved numerals echoing the original design that never went into production, now brought to life in a modern reinterpretation. The bezel offers excellent grip, and the watch is certified as a METAS Master Chronometer, guaranteeing outstanding precision, magnetic resistance, water resistance, and power reserve. Housed in a 39 mm stainless steel case with polished and satin-brushed finishes, 20 mm lugs, and 11.7 mm thickness, the watch is powered by the Manufacture Calibre MT5400-U, a self-winding movement with bidirectional rotor and a 65-hour power reserve, COSC and METAS certified. It features a screw-down crown embossed with the TUDOR rose, a stainless-steel bezel with a burgundy anodised aluminium insert, and a five-link steel bracelet with polished and satin finishes and the TUDOR “T-fit” clasp.
