Marina B Modernist Spring Collar Necklace in 18ct Yellow Gold

A bold 18ct gold statement modernist spring necklace (41cm) from the 1990s by the House of Marina B. Founded by Marina Bulgari in the 1970s (she was a member of the Bvlgari jewellery family who left the business to set up on her own) the House of Marina B quickly became known for glamourous jewellery designs. Perfectly capturing the bold gold style of the 1990s this likely limited-edition design showcases Marina’s ability to reinterpret classic Italian style into a modern (1990s) refined and glamourous look. Marina was favoured by the likes of Elizabeth Taylor and Sophia Loren with multiple examples of her work featuring in their collections.
