Description

Two detailed and articulated stirrups form the centrepiece of this immensely wearable pendant. Originally an elegant stick pin from the Edwardian period this was designed to take pride of place in the lapel of a jacket. Showcasing exceptional craftsmanship both stirrups have been crafted from 18ct yellow gold with the buckles defined in lustrous platinum. Equestrian sports were particularly popular during the Edwardian period, so this detailed jewel would have been a personal and cherished gift. Expertly converted in the Pragnell workshops into a stylish pendant this has been paired with a simple 18ct yellow gold 46cm chain.
