In 1949, Panerai registered Luminor, redefining luminescence with a safer, tritium-based innovation. Over time, Luminor became the unmistakable signature of the Maison’s diving timepieces, distinguished by the iconic patented crown-protection device. A new chapter began in 2002 with the opening of the Panerai Manufacture in Neuchâtel — where Swiss precision, Italian design, and relentless research unite in the pursuit of technical mastery. The Luminor Due 38mm with its ivory sun-brushed dial is illuminated by luminous Arabic numerals and hour markers. The display features central hours and minutes, a date at 3 o’clock, and small seconds at 9 o’clock. This model is a new version of reference PAM01248. Powered by the automatic P.900 calibre with a 3-day power reserve and Incabloc® anti-shock protection, it offers reliable performance within a graceful silhouette. Water resistant to 50 metres.
