Founded in 1884, Breitling is renowned for its precision chronographs and professional tool watches. Originally reintroduced in 1984 during the height of the quartz era, the Chronomat marked Breitling's bold return to mechanical watchmaking, inspired by the Frecce Tricolori chronograph developed with the famed Italian aerial squadron. Reference UB0158101B1U1 is the Chronomat B01 Chronograph 42, crafted in stainless steel and 18k red gold with a 42mm case, the collection's signature rider-tab bezel, and the integrated “Rouleaux” bracelet.
