The Pragnell Difference. The best service at the best price.
A classic richly polished stainless steel 35mm Serpenti Tubogas wristwatch. The Serpenti range first appeared in the collections of the House of Bvlgari as early as the 1940s. Based in Rome, the near 3000 year history of the city provided huge inspiration for the founding family who focused onto ancient architectural motifs, coinage, and symbols to create a brand that would soon become the byword for Italian luxury. Snakes were particularly important to the ancient Romans who associated them with good fortune, and regularly portrayed them in statement bangles and rings. Gleaming in richly polished yellow and rose gold the Tubogas technique had become hugely popular in the post war years, and perfectly enabled flexible snake style watches to be made. Reinterpreted with sleek and modern lines for the 21st-century the 35mm case perfectly resembles an elegant snakes head. A crisp silver opaline dial coupled with iconic Roman numeral and index hour markers ensures maximum legibility. Classic Bvlgari style can be seen in the sparkling diamonds that adorn the sides of the bezel, and vibrant cabochon-cut pink rubellite gemstone set into the crown. The flexible classic Tubogas bracelet gracefully envelops the wrist, and ensures maximum comfort when worn. Water resistant to 30m this model is powered by a quartz movement, and is accompanied by a three-year warranty.
