A classic 9ct rose gold heart padlock curb link chain bracelet from the Edwardian period. Gaining popularity during the 19th-century this style of bracelet was given as a symbol of love and fidelity. This example features partial marks on all the chain links telling us it was made in Chester around 1906. The heart padlock also features a makers mark, which possibly relates to Herbert Bushell & Son Limited.
