Pre-Owned Tag Heuer Watches
Heuer was established by Edouard Heuer in 1860, with family leadership and technical innovation at the forefront of its watchmaking. The Autavia was Heuer’s first chronograph with a collection name; the company then went on to introduce the first automatic chronographs in 1969, with the Autavia, Carrera and Monaco models.
Heuer was the first non-automotive brand to sponsor motor racing. In the 1970s, they struck a deal with Scuderia Ferrari to provide their timekeeping equipment. The Formula 1 collection is their motor racing inspired collection. Built for speed, highly shock resistant, and tested by Formula 1 legends - all factors which make it a popular choice for those looking for a sports watch.
It was the 1980s when Techniques d’Avant-Garde took ownership of Heuer, creating the TAG Heuer name we know today. They transitioned the brand associated with mechanical chronographs to a company designing watches for the 21st century.
At Pragnell, all our second-hand Tag Heuer watches are fully serviced, or restored by a brand authorised watchmaker where necessary, fitted with a brand new strap (if leather or fabric), and sold with a guarantee of at least two years. Furthermore, when buying a Tag Heuer second-hand watch, you will also receive the same quality aftercare as you would if buying brand new.
