About Pre-Owned Cartier Watches
Cartier is one of the oldest surviving jewellers in the world. Although Cartier were predominantly known as a creator of fine jewellery and leather goods, rather than watchmakers, they have had a significant influence on the horological world. In 1888, they created the first ladies' wristwatches, and in 1911, their first men’s watch, the Cartier Santos, came to the market.
Cartier watches are designed with both style and comfort in mind; each Cartier model is developed for the perfect fit against the wrist. The Cartier Santos, Cartier Ballon Bleu, and the Cartier Tank are all popular models in the Cartier collection today, with the Tank originally going into production in 1919.
When purchasing pre-owned Cartier watches, you may be able to get hold of current models, and also acquire vintage Cartier watches that are no longer in production.
At Pragnell, all our used Cartier watches are fully serviced, or restored by a brand authorised watchmaker where necessary, fitted with a brand new strap (if leather or fabric), and sold with a guarantee of at least two years. Furthermore, when buying a Cartier second-hand watch, you will also receive the same quality aftercare as you would if buying brand new.
