A split-second monopusher chronograph is a rare complication but when combined with a perpetual calendar, such as in the 5372P-010, Patek have produced a very rare watch indeed. Apart from the Moonphase occupying the top sector of the dial the layout is relatively conventional with the seconds counter at the 3 o'clock position and the 60 minute chronograph counter at the 9 o'clock position. The brushed rose gold dial has blackened gold numerals which stand out beautifully against the warmth of the dial. The watch is powered by the manually wound calibre CHR 27-525 PS Q movement.
