The Grand Complication bundles a host of complications into one timepiece, inspired by the very first Grand Complication No. 42500 dating back to 1902.
Showing a full perpetual calendar, it's married with a grand and small strike mechanism, a minute repeater, a chronograph with split seconds function and a flying 1/5 of seconds indicator and a moon-phase indicator.
Given the formidable challenge in assembling this timepiece, it's no surprise that it can take up to one year to manufacture the parts, decorate the parts and then assemble the movement to its finished standard. Only six pieces will ever be made altogether.
