Created in 1952, the Omega Constellation is one of the brand's early Chronometers. On the reverse of the solid casebacks in this collection is an image of the Geneva Observatory that depicts its Chronometer status. The eight stars on the reverse represent the timekeeping achievement of the brand at that time.
This pre-owned Omega Constellation 23mm Classic Ladies Watch has been charmingly conceived with a traditional champagne dial, with matching gold baton indices and hands. The engine at the heart of this timepiece is the precision Omega Quartz Calibre 1456. Housed in a 30 metre water resistant stainless steel and 18ct Yellow Gold case with distinctive 'griffe' claws. These protect the case sides from abrasion. The watch front is protected from the elements by the anti-reflective coating covered sapphire crystal glass, which is highly scratch-resistant. Surrounding this is a precious bezel of Yellow Gold, carefully engraved and enamelled with twelve Roman numerals to assist legibility.
A slender timepiece that would make a perfect companion for those who wish to combine the elements of luxury and durability.
