What is Klarna?
Klarna is a payment service provider that takes end-to-end responsibility for your payment. Over 60 million consumers worldwide have trusted Klarna to securely handle their payments.
How will I know if I am eligible to use Klarna?
You must be aged 18 or over to make a purchase using Klarna. When choosing the Financing option eligibility is determined through an affordability assessment and ‘soft credit check’. This is in your best interests, so they can check you are able to meet your repayment obligations. A ‘soft check’ will not affect your credit rating or be visible to other lenders.
How can I pay by Klarna?
To pay using Klarna, simply add your items to your bag and go to checkout. Select ‘Klarna’ as your payment method and place your order.
Simply select the best option for you when you checkout. (Please note: You may not see both options, this is dependent on your acceptance criteria with Klarna)
For Pay in 30 days, you'll be asked to confirm via your mobile number and to confirm with a verification code. Klarna will contact you to request payment 30 days after dispatch.
For Financing, when you shop online, Klarna’s system reviews each order to determine which payments options are available to you. If Financing is offered, simply select this option. Where you will be able to spread your payment equally between 6 - 36 months. The first time you shop with Financing you will be asked to apply for a Klarna Account. If you’re approved Klarna will create an account for you and your order will be placed. Every time you shop with Financing after that, you only need to agree to the purchase and won’t need to sign up again. The order amount will be added to your Klarna Account as additional promotional plans.

How do I pay my Klarna balance for my order?
If you've selected the 'Pay in 30 days' option, Klarna will remind you to make payment to them toward the end of the 30 days.
If you've selected the Financing option, first, log in at www.klarna.com/uk and visit your Klarna Account overview page. Then, simply select ‘Make a payment’ and enter the amount you wish to pay towards your balance. Is there a maximum amount I can spend with Klarna?
Pay in 30 days: You can spend a maximum of £800 with this payment option.
Financing: You can spend a maximum of £5,000 with this payment option.
Do I have to pay interest when paying with Klarna?
Pay in 30 days: No. This payment option is interest free.
Financing: Yes. Subject to approval, Klarna will assess your eligibility and provide with with up-front terms and conditions including interest rate and payment timeframe between 6 - 36 months.
How long do I have to make a payment with Klarna?
Pay in 30 days: You have 30 days to make your payment in full, interest free.
Financing: You will have between 6 - 36 equal monthly payments, APR calculated at checkout.
