Emerald and Diamond Three Stone Ring 0.80ct in 18ct Yellow Gold and Platinum
Emerald Cut, Claw Set

Description
A classic emerald and diamond three stone ring that features a vibrant 0.80ct Colombian octagonal cut emerald. Nestled beneath the verdant rainforests that cover the country, the Colombian mines are famous for producing stones that have an intense pure green colour. Secured by four hand shaped 18ct yellow gold corner claws, two sparkling Asscher cut diamonds (1.03cts) have been set into lustrous platinum either side of the central emerald. Historically, the three stones of a trilogy ring symbolise the couple's past, present and future. This classic design enhances the beauty of the legendary Colombian emerald, known to be pure green in colour with glowing qualities. This stone has been certified by the GCS laboratory to confirm a Colombian origin, and that it has only been subjected to minor treatment to enhance its colour and clarity. Both Asscher cut diamonds are also accompanied with certification from the GIA (Gemmological Institute of America) to confirm colourless (F) and SI1 clarity grades.
