Edwardian Drop Earrings
0.90CT in Platinum & Yellow Gold
Drop Earrings, with Diamond Surrounds
Description
Emerald and diamond pendant earrings from the Edwardian period. A pair of verdant emeralds are claw set in rose gold and surrounded by a square shaped cluster of old, round cut diamonds, suspended from an elegant tapered diamond set bar, which is secured at the top with a diamond stud in platinum.
The emeralds are beautifully accented by a contrasting surround of bright white diamonds.
The Edwardian period was one of grace and elegance, which saw the most rare and expensive metals and stones being preferred in jewellery, particularly earrings.
