Handcrafted from richly polished platinum and 18ct yellow gold an elegant pear cut fancy light yellow-green diamond (0.36ct) takes centre stage. This has been expertly set into yellow gold to perfectly compliment the summer meadow tones of the showpiece stone. Colourless brilliants (0.26ct) have been set into the platinum halo, and half shoulders, to complete this timeless design. Yellow diamonds have become increasingly popular over the last decade with only one in every ten thousand stones mined possessing a fancy colour. The colour results from the presence of nitrogen, with examples found at Pragnell being completely natural.
